Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was quiet with a courtyard view, quite clean and comfortable, but there were some maintenance issues in the bathroom. The service was pleasant and friendly, though check-in was a bit confusing for me. The location was convenient being across from the train station, but it lacked security after dark. The dining was satisfactory, especially for early departures. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main transport hub Bruxelles-Midi, making it easy to access different destinations. The rooms are basic but could use some improvements like providing a kettle and tea packets. The service provided was friendly and helpful, although the hotel’s response to safety concerns was questionable. Overall, a decent option for a stay but with room for enhancements.
The hotel was located within a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, with tiny and very noisy rooms due to Emergency Services and boy racers outside all night. The rooms were shabby, with the bathroom in disrepair, sink counter pulled away from the wall, sticky floor, and damaged floor tile.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but it was horribly cold inside, and I noticed some body hair on the bed. The service was good overall, with efficient and polite staff, but I found it a bit unsettling that they wrote down my credit card number on paper during check-in. The location was convenient, especially for those arriving or departing from Station Midi, although the area didn't feel completely safe. The dining experience was rather good, with excellent breakfast options, including the best tasting coffee ever, but the gyudon dishes weren't up to par. Overall, the facilities were standard with no standout features.
The hotel is very conveniently located, right across the street from the train station, making it accessible to all public transport. The rooms, while small and lacking fresh air with the balcony window accessible to other guests, do offer a nice bubble bath experience despite weak jets. The service, especially at breakfast, was friendly and welcoming, although some staff members were described as rude and unhelpful. The dining experience, with the best tasting coffee and delicious yogurt, was below average in terms of selection and consistency. The hotel's facilities seem to be limited but acceptable for a short stay.
